Start-Up and Check Out Procedures

Start Up Amenities     

Kitchen
  • 12 Cup Coffee Maker with filters

  • Aluminum Foil/Plastic Wrap

  • Dishes, Glasses, Cups – for maximum number of guests

  • Toaster, Microwave, 7 qt crock pot
  • 1-qt, 2.25 qt, & 5 qt cover sauce pans
  • Skillets (fry pans)
Toiletries  
  • Toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom)
  • Kleenex (2-3 boxes thru-out house)
  • Hand soap (one bottle per bathroom)
  • Hair Dryer (1 per full bath)
Linens     
  • Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths – 1 set per maximum number of guests     
  • Bed Sheets, Blankets & Comforters – 1 set per bed
Cleaning Supplies   
  • Paper Towels (2-3 rolls)
  • Multi-Purpose Cleaner
  • Dish Detergent
  • Laundry Detergent, Dryer Sheets
  • Garbage Bags (start up supply 6-8 bags)
  • Mop & Bucket
  • Broom & Dust Pan
  • Iron & Ironing Board
We also provide a start-up bundle of firewood for the fire pit. ** Please bring Plastic Cups, paper plates, plastic utensils for the pool and spa area ** Please bring pool/hot tub towels
**We recommend you bring full size zip lock bags to take your food home with you

Check-Out Procedures
  • Collect towels and put them in the baskets provided and/or on the floor of the laundry area. DO NOT PLACE WET TOWELS ON BED LINENS
  • Strip all beds including pillows and leave on bed. PLEASE DO NOT WRAP SHEETS IN MATRESS PAD OR COMFORTER. Leave bed as is if not used.
  • Do NOT re-make any beds
  • Give a general sweep & cleaning
  • Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher & “start it” before leaving. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
  • Run garbage disposal
  • Walk the grounds and pick up any trash
  • Pick up around pool area & return equipment and furniture to proper place
  • Make sure hot tub cover is on and secure
  • Make sure ALL outside appliances are turned off & clean grease around outside
  • Place all SECURED trash bags into the receptacle(s). All garbage must be tied and sealed
  • Turn off all electronics (TV, Stereo, etc)
  • Turn off all lights and ceiling fans
  • Make sure ALL windows and doors are completely shut & locked
  • Make sure the garage door is down and secure. DO NOT use the emergency pull
  • Check for any left items. $50 plus shipping to return

    After securing the house leave the key and check off list in the drop box
