Luxury Vacation Rentals’ Commitment
At Luxury Vacation Rentals, the health and safety of our guests and employees have always been our number one priority. We take COVID-19 very seriously, and we’re following the proper protocols and guidelines from the local, state, and federal government. Luxury Vacation Rentals is observing the recommendations from the CDC. 

We have always put our guests at the forefront of everything we do, and that will not waver during the pandemic. Our team is available to answer any questions you have; we are here to help you navigate these unprecedented times. 

2021-2022 Reservation Information
LVR continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation in the Finger Lakes region, along with how it is unfolding across the state and nation. 
If guests are hesitant about their upcoming reservation, they can release their dates. If those dates get booked, they can get a refund. If those dates don’t get booked, they will get a credit toward a future stay, good up to one year. 

Planning a Special Event
Our properties are popular wedding destinations in the Finger Lakes region. We are currently only allowing events to be held at The Lodge at Springwater, The Lodge at Canadice & The Redmond Chalet. To talk to a booking specialist about planning an event, email [email protected] 

Planning Your Stay
All of our lodges are located in the Finger Lakes region. Our properties are the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor fun, and there is plenty of space for people to practice social distancing. The lodges are the ideal spot for a “staycation” with your loved ones during this time, and there are plenty of activities in the area for people to immerse themselves in nature. 

Cleaning Standards
It is of the utmost importance that our properties are up to the highest cleanliness standards. We have a professional cleaning service sanitize the properties once guests have checked out from their stay to ensure that our spaces have been properly cleaned by experts. What to do if guests have COVID-19 symptoms or test positive
  • Seek medical attention 
  • Contact the proper health authorities 
  • Contact Luxury Vacation Rentals to notify us ([email protected]) that you will not be able to make your reservation. We will help you cancel your reservation. 

Note: If guests have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 but they themselves are not symptomatic, please contact Luxury Vacation Rentals to cancel your reservation.
