Our home cannot be rented to an adult group 25 years of age or younger. Young adults and children are always welcome with their parents or guardians.
There is no smoking in the house. There is a designated smoking area outside. Pets are not allowed. Alcohol is not to be served to persons under the age of 21 while on the property.
The rate includes all linens, bath towels and WiFi. Our TV's are smart TV's for you to use under your own account. We do not have cable at the property.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay please contact our reservationist
